These are much softer and last a lot longer than Capezio's mesh tight but they aren't quite as sheer. The waistband does cut in and rolls being a separate band of elastic, but you can cut it without a problem. The convertible hole is a little bigger than the Capezio's, so it doesn't cut your foot off. And they don't get those sheerer patches that other black tights seem to get in odd areas after a bunch of washes.
