I have no complaints the product of self is on the expensive side. There was no difference in price from going to the actual store versus buying here on Amazon with the exception of convenience. Overall him happy with Keihls is a used multiple products from them.I really like this brand all goodSmells nice and gentle on skin.I love the Grapefruit scent, but all the variations are wonderful- not too perfumey! They clean and rinse off easily. They don't dry your skin out and can be used for shaving as well. One small bottle lasts me a while, so I consider it to be very economical. I use it after the gym and it keeps me from getting any break outs associated with sweating.
