I ordered one size and when it arrived I took one look at it and knew it was just too small, so I sent it back via UPS. It cost me $9. But I have one in white, from another Amazon vendor. The replacement was to be same style,color, just one size up. Well it cost $20 more.And I have not received a credit yet for returned item. Not happy.
