Comes with everything in the picture - DISC / DRUM valve / Valve Bracket / Brake Lines / Mounting Hardware. This bracket is designed to hold the proportional valve off the passenger side stud of the cylinder, positioning the valve under the cylinder. The bracket is used when converting the above cars to dual masters or disc brakes. This bracket will also hold the 4 wheel disc valve which is the same shape.
