Fantastic hair I do hair extensions for a living and purchased 2 bundles from you and they are amazing fantastic qualityHave been buying hair for years. Some good some bad. But never have I bought hair over the internet. Best hair ever! Will buy again. ThanksSuper fastFirst a bit about me (so you don't think I'm writing from competitor): I'm NOT a hair care professional. I am someone who has worn sew-in weaves for 10 years on and off. I've used the best of the best brands (Extensions Plus and Indique) and unfortunately, I can now say that I've tried the WORST brand - Bohyme.Under normal circumstances, I never would have purchased hair in a store. It was over the holidays and I wasn't sure if the companies I have ordered from in the past could ship me hair in time for a January 4th hair appointment. So, I thought i would take a risk and try store-bought hair. I knew it was a risk. But I thought that because:1) Bohyme is priced similarly to QUALITY brands ($189 for 4 oz)2) the sales guy was RAVING over it talking about how someone used the hair for over a year (clearly they didn't wash it, but more on that later)that I would be ok. Boy, was I wrong.I asked all the right questions:Q: Is this going to be overly complicated to wash and dry?(REAL HAIR DOES NOT REQUIRE OVERCOMPLICATED WASHING PROCESSES!!!!)A: Wash on lukewarm or cold, wash in strokes vs. scrunching up hair, use shampoo with all natural ingredients and dry on coolQ: Is this going to shedA: NoQ: is this going to knot?A: Not if you care for it in the way I just told youSpoiler alert: Everything I was told was a lie.It has been 16 days since I got my hair done - - 16 days of following instructions (and NEVER having had a knotting problem for the past 10 years) and I will tell you what happened: - Week 1 was amazing. The hair was thick and amazing and barely required combing and THEN I washed it (exactly as instructed with a special shampoo and light conditioner specifically recommended to me) . . . - Almost immediately, it started to knot up. If left out of a braid or ponytail for more than 5 minutes, the hair would look like it hadn't been brushed in months - I went back to the store where I bought it hoping for advice - - he told me to buy a different shampoo and it would be fine - - it wasn't - It sheds so bad it's embarrassing. It's in brushes, combs, the carpets, in between my toes. All weave hair sheds but I am telling you in 10 years I have NEVER seen hair this awful. It's become very clear that this is not 100% human hair. I fully intend on taking a sample to be tested and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.I realize now that there's a reason why no women of color are ANYWHERE on Bohyme's site: Bohyme don't want their product used for sew ins. Because if you sew it in, you have to wash it. And if you wash this product, you will find out (quickly) just how bad it is. Last week I was going to say that the hair would be fine for clip-ins or for a single occasion (wedding, prom, etc.). But shouldn't everyone get what they pay for? If you're PAYING for 100% human hair - you should get it!Real hair does not knot up like this. I'm shocked this company is in business AND has the nerve to charge people more than $20 for their products. After all is said and done, I'm going to have to have this hair taken out ($$$), buy more hair ($$$), and have replacement hair put in ($$$). Oh, and throw this hair in the trash where it belongs ($$ down the toilet).Biggest waste of money ever. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. EVER. ANYWHERE.This hair is worth the money for sure. Silky, European hair, and it does have this gorgeous loose curl. It matched my hair perfectly in terms of color and body. I have Caucasian/Indian hair (I'm 1/2 Pakistani and 1/2 Czech) so naturally I have alot of hair on my head and it's very fine but very full since my hair has alot of body. Because my hair is fine, it's prone to breakage and I can never get it at my desired length or past shoulder-length.A friend of mine made a one piece clip in extension we just fan folded it to make one long clip in piece for length. Again it matched so beautifully. I wore it for maybe a month with no problems, but once I washed it-I dried bone straight. I never bothered with it again only because my hair has a natural curl/wave to it that I didn't want to bother straightening my hair to match. This brand though is really worth considering if you have straight hair and want to curl it. And I also looked on their manufacturer's website, and it does state that the hair will loosen it's curl after wash. So the product was not misleading. Because the website said that the curl will loosen once washed and the hair was superior quality I am giving it 5 stars. I ordered it from Sunny' hair, I found the best price and went with it, fyi. (16", color #4) I would also say for reference the model pictured is most likely wearing color #2
