Always nice to have this type of book around in case you need to look something up---this one looks like the most comprehensive we've seen and for such a great price too.Pros:Tons and tons of detailed picturesLots of information crammed on each pageMost everything is explained on the layperson's levelCons:Some things were hard to understandSome of the diagrams were hard for me to followThe book starts off explaining human evolution from a Darwinian worldview. I don't buy into that at all, but I can't give a low rating simply because the authors wrote about what they believe.
