No, I don't think this is the lure for you. Dear friends and fellow anglers, I ask that we take a moment to question the validity of these consistently useless and expensive fishing lures. For a similar price, I purchased several smaller and comparably ineffective mouse lures. It's not an easy lure to use. Playing this lure takes a lot of practice to get the action just right. I've seen videos where folks are hooking into massive bass using these but I bet you the money I spent on this thing that a $3 spinner from Wal-Mart would have done the same thing. I fell for it. I'm a sucker and I'm on the hook for buying this lure which has helped me catch a fraction of the fish I may have caught on a much cheaper top-water bait. I give credit to the manufacturer for trying. I congratulate the anglers who've enjoyed their successes using it. I just cannot justify the price for this mouse.
