Great product for working out, fast shippingI saw a video of a girl that talked about l-glutamine and how it helped reduce her bloating - I bought this 2 months ago and have been taking 1 tablesoon a day with my protein shakes and It's been helping SO much, my stomach went down a lot - I lost 4lbs, I don't work out too often, but 2x a week for 30 mins.
