This is my second jar. It is gentle yet effective in cleaning makeup etc. After massage it into the face, I will wash it off with another face soap or cleanser. It leave the skin very clean yet soft. The scent is very faint and clean smelling. This is one of the best cleansing balm. I used other similar solid to liquid balm, this one is the best.
