A set of workouts that use ankle weights to sculpt all those problem areas! You will see some interesting new combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. All you need is ankle weights and some determination to work through the burn and increase your strength! THE WORKOUTS ARE: Outer Thighs & Glutes (40 mins): You will perform single reps of 3 different exercises and then put them all together with 4 reps of each for 4 sets. There are 3 different exercise groupings for each side and you perform all exercises on one side before moving on to the next - that equals a serious burn! Abs (30 mins): You will see all your favourite Pilates style exercises as well as some innovative new ones. There is a lot of oblique work to help you sinch your waist and long lever lower belly exercises to flatten your tummy. Inner Thighs (32 mins): You will perform traditional mat exercises that will sculpt your inner thighs and from every angles. You will perform single reps of 2 different exercises and then put them all together with 4 reps of each for 4 sets. Front & back of Thighs (41 mins): You will alternate between exercise groupings for the quads and hamstrings. Lots of angle changes and long lever movements will lengthen and define your muscles.

Since all the exercises are on the floor..I thought....NO PROBLEM. Wrong!!! As a weightlifter of 35 years, and doing various forms of squats, lunges, hip thrusts, glutes kickbacks, etc., I was confidence that this DVD is going to be easy. Well, it is much harder than it looks. With ankle weights on, every little muscle fibers were screaming. The sequences are ingenious. My legs and buns were thoroughly sore after one segment for 3 days. What I love is I kept doing this DVD 2 times a week for 4 weeks and the muscles on my quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes look tighter. My husband noticed one day, and complemented. BTW, there is an ABS segment too, Total killer for your legs and abs. Get this, it REALLY WORKS!
