Barre Intervals 40 (25 mins): In this barre fusion workout for your upper body you will use your body weight and light dumbbells to shape strong, slender arms, shoulders and back. Consisting of 40 second intervals one after the other with NO breaks - you will be sure to feel the shake and burn! Micro and Iso Upper (25 mins): Get ready to quiver with this focused upper body session.
