Hollis is a PHENOMENAL trainer!!! He knows his stuff - how to tone and shape any area of the body. What I particularly love about this book is that you can take it anywhere and have a full workout, even without any equipment. Since I travel a good deal, sometimes with a jammed schedule, many of these exercises can be done right in a hotel room, and the book is not too heavy or burdensome to carry. This is also perfect right now when we can't go into gyms and buying equipment has been incredibly difficult (trust me, I've tried).Each exercise is laid out to give explicit instructions and pictured to show the proper moves, and then it tells and shows which muscle groups are targeted. You can have a work-out that hits every area of your body, or you can also target certain areas and have a thorough work-out.This book is EXACTLY what I needed!!! Thank you!
