Works just as well as lume if not better. Doesnt smell as bad. Basic same ingredients. I use this after a shower only. It isn't antiperspirant. It is anti odor. It helps reduce odor everywhere for about 2 to 3 days. It works great for it. But i also regular native deodorant just for a little extra yummy smell just because for my in between shower day.
