Watery soapNot super moistuizingI’ve been using this for over a year and I love itI used the peppermint body wash. It was a great experience. It feels mild and enriching.I don't really have a phobia of soap, but I was born with very allergic skin so soaps and scents have been difficult for my sensitive skin to handle. Weirdly, it has only been at certain times of my life - not consistently. Nonetheless, I have had patches of eczema on my hands for about 5 years and I can't find a product that makes it better, including prescribed creams. I like the idea of a ph balanced soap so that I don't keep stripping my skin dry, so I decided to try this product. It smells great, gives you a clean feeling and a little goes a long way. However, it didn't necessarily help my eczema. I think if I made sure to moisturize ALL the time, that would help but honestly, I don't think to do it after I wash my hands. It's like cutting up vegetables for a salad or something, it just feels like a lot of work. (Yes, I am acutely aware that I would have died on the first day as a pioneer, "Skin this rabbit for dinner? Uhhh, no thank you.") But I digress, the point is that I really do like the soap and I like supporting organic/non-GMO/fair trade/natural products and their companies so I gave it 4 stars; 5 if it had cleared up my skin. Of note, perhaps if the eczema was on a part of my body that isn't washed 13 times per day, I might have had a better outcome.Love the way your body feels so clean but it is so soft and supple. This body shampoo leaves your skin feeling like you have showered at a Spa. The hint of mint leaves a tingling feeling all over that awakens the skin. Best body soap!I placed my order for the lavender body wash and received it right away. First, a little background: I have chronic dry skin that gets red, bumpy and irritated no matter what I put on it. My biggest problem area are my arms. I suffer from chicken skin and nothing seemed to help it. I tried every product and gimmick and homemade solution. But I would always get inflamed almost pimple-like bumps. When I saw this product and the all natural ingredients it contains, I was excited. But what sold me is the fact that it also contains soap berries which are naturally cleansing and moisturizing and have their own innate lathering properties - so that means no extra filler in order to achieve the lathering and "cleansing" and moisturizing effects. After only using the wash for ONE use, my skin has felt so soft and smooth. My arms are not completely bump free but they're not red anymore and the bumps are greatly reduced. The key thing is they're not RED which used to never dissipate and go away when I would use other body washes. I can wear short sleeves and not feel self concious anymore. That is a huge PLUS. And the skin on my body feels hydrated and soft and stays that way for the entire day. I am a sold customer for life. I am going to try out their body lotion and face wash and see what other results I get from those.The only con is the cost, but I feel the price is worth the results that I have experienced.First off I love having peppermint body wash regardless of the brand, it feels like your pores are opening up in the shower especially if you leave it on your face for a minute. I use this with a loofah and three pumps is good to wash yourself with head to toe, so a bottle lasts me quite a while. I found this company because I have psoriasis and kept trying different soaps to find one that would perhaps make a difference in my skin, I have found this in Tree to Tub and will never go back. Yes it’s more expensive but for all the reasons they list it is worth it plus it’s helping my skin which is something I’ve been battling for 15 years so I’m extremely grateful to this company and the product and if you are like me trying to find a soap that’s “skin friendly” you can stop looking as I’ve been using this for a few years now and it’s the best my skin has ever looked!!!I have purchased this three separate times, and used a different brand in between, and I'm quite pleased. I'm not a huge fan of the scent but it's not the worst smell either. Takes a little getting used too. I'm a little skeptical of them giving out soap berries with the recommendation to plant it, being in a "plant on native species" person, but on the other hand I think it's a pretty cool idea too. Just for the sake of seeing a soap berry in general. My skin feels pretty good and the bottle lasts longer than I thought it might. I accidentally got some in my eye, which was not pleasant but 100% my fault - be leery of children using this, but overall I'm quite satisfied with it overall.I'll start off with the fact that I LOVE the scent! It's so fresh and my skin smells amazing for hours on end after every shower! Unfortunately, I have incredibly sensitive skin to any scented or perfumed shower products, and the one I was using before I tried soapberry smelled delicious, but it sadly made me break out in a horrible skin rash despite not drying my skin out (weird, I know).I'm also a sucker for my skin smelling nice after I shower, so you can imagine how disappointed I was when my previous shower gel killed my skin. This is honestly the first shower gel that I can use without any irritation whatsoever AND my skin smells like heaven after it. Thank you SO much, tree to tub! I'll be getting the soapberry peppermint face wash next ?Feels so good and smells divine without being overpowering. Silky smooth liquid that foams nicely. You only need one squirt. I can't express enough how wonderful it is. The last paraben-free shower gel I tried was from Childs Farm it gave me bumpy little blistery hives! Goodness knows what part of it I was allergic to but it was enough to make me go without shower gel for a long time as I was afraid of another reaction. This stuff is a godsend! I'm glad I risked it. I will be rebuying this forever! So glad I was swayed by the positive reviews.I have sensitive skin and have used a range of 'gentle' bathing products from very expensive to supermarket, and all except for one (that is currently out of stock hence me trying the soapberry wash) have irritated or dried my skin to different degrees. This soapberry body wash is brilliant, no irritation whatsoever, feels lovely, has a lovely smell ... I'm going to be a regular Tree to Tub / Soapberry product customer.Body wash (didn’t see one above) I purchased this with the conditioner as I have fairly oily/spotty skin on my back. This body wash is just great, it has a lovely smell, gives a cooling sensation thanks to the peppermint oil - lovely after an intense gym session - and has worked great to treating my back. I also love the fact that the products come in a easily recyclable cart board package and is made with soap nuts so no unnecessary chemicals. I discovered this brand thanks to a friend and I’m glad I did. Will certainly be buying more when this runs out. Great job tree to tub, carry on the good work!Works great when I had an allergic reaction to something. Why can't I buy it now? Why can't you get any more from the states?
