I bought this light resistance band after I had my shoulder surgery. It said it was "very light resistance". As it turned out, it was the same resistance as the "light" I already had. It was a different color so I thought it would be a different resistance. I wish all makers of these would color coordinate so we would know what the actual resistance is. I have never used the word "resistance" so many times before in one paragraph. Anyway, the band was fine, just not different than what I already had.
