Upper body DVD stopped before the workout was finished. Something wrong with DVD and will need to return. Lower body workout was fine. Yet to do Abdominal DVD. Will see how that plays before returning the defective one.I have done these workouts before, and Suzanne Deason is easy to follow along with. Her exercises are precise, and you definitely see (and feel) a difference. Balance ball exercises are great for those with back issues.I purchased the Balance Ball Media Set for my wife. She has been practicing Bikram Yoga for several years. She only likes 1 out of the 3 DVD's in the set ... the abs DVD. She finds the other 2 DVD's to be too slow, boring and not much of a workout.A friend of mine let me borrow her video set and I just had to get one of my own. This is a great workout, especially the lower body workout. Great for the core! You won't regret buying this DVD set!It's understandable, yet when my group of yogis did these routines (all of them) we were pleasantly sore the next day. I liked it so much I loaned it to someone, didn't get it back, and now will go look for it and buy it again.Can't ask for a better workout DVD. I have used several DVDs from Suzanne Deason and I like them all. I have used a balance ball for awhile and was looking for a challenge. What's so great about this 3 disc set is that one focuses on abs and the other 2 deal with upper and lower body. The DVDs have moves that incorporate both yoga and Pilates. If you are familiar with these disciplines, this is a great alternative. You can do these separately especially if you are short on time. Running time is 30 mins with 5 minute warmup. On each dvd, Suzanne explains the benefits of putting a balance ball into your fitness regime.I would say this, do Suzanne's balance ball for beginners first if you don't have experience on a ball. It takes time to get your balance on being on the ball. Overall, this is a very good workout DVD.Great set, very relaxing! Good for mobility, flexibility and light strengthening.
