I have learned so much from reading this book.... and I'm not even finished reading it yet. I am very motivated to do all I can to course-correct my bone density which was no doubt because I followed a Vegan diet for about 24 years. (Big mistake!!!) Don't get me wrong, I love animals, but depriving your own body of getting essential nutrients, such as Calcium, leads to the horrific disease caused Osteoporosis. I have suffered for years from it.
