Like some other reviewers, I, too, have been using Olay’s Orchid lotion for years. Several years back, Olay decided to change its formula. Probably to cut costs! It now has Orchid AND Black Current and doesn’t smell as pleasing and strong. When I would use the original formula lotion, whenever someone got close enough to me, they’d comment on my “cologne” smelling wonderful; I’d laugh and tell them it’s my Olay Luscious Orchid body lotion! I have to settle for this new formula with the black current included because I’ve yet to find any other lotion that I like. And, I like this (new) lotion “ok”! Another thing about it-wonder why local stores like Walmart or pharmacy chains like CVS do NOT carry this Olay product any longer??? I noticed other commenters said this very same thing! I don’t get it. But that’s ok; I just got me a subscription on Amazon for my fav Olay Orchid & Black Current body lotion that arrives monthly. No shipping fees either! If you enjoy an orchid scent, give this lotion a try.Smells good and Leave skin moisturized and softi know now why this product receives under 5 stars...its been forever since i last used olay brand...i've gone to using bath and body works for years. one day i noticed olay had this bundle of 3 body wash with 3 different scents. i looked everywhere for the same scents/bundles for body lotion, but they either had one out of the three, or did not had them as bundle like with the body wash. i finally looked at amazon see if they had it and this was the only one i saw but not 5 stars. comparing to my bath and body works, this one came off as more watery substance than my bbw thick layers. after i applied this on my body, i noticed it did take a bit to dry off compare to my bbw, which was instantly. a little goes a long way with using this one. one thing i did notice though, when body sweat, it doesn't leave that sticky -ness like my bbw does so that was convenient. after using this couple days, i gotten used to it's watery texture. i ended up buying the other scented body lotion from bbw that was close to the scent since no other stores carry body lotion of these olay scents. it's fine with me, i bought the 2pack one. idk if i received a bad one from the batch, or olay's body lotion is normally watery type substance.Used this lotion over the years and it works well, smells good. However for some reason the price has gone up - and hard to find this particular scent - this purchase was the only one we could find! Is it a discontinued Olay product?Smells amazing! I bought some of this awhile before and hadn't been able to find any near me since, so when I found two of them for a good price, I took the risk. Doesn't leave my skin sticky and definitely does the moisturizing job, a little sure does go a long way thoughLove this lotion. My daughter and I have very sensitive skin. Wish we could find it on the shelves of our local places.I've always used Olay lotions but the previous one I was using was no longer available in stores so I decided to try this one. I love this one. The orchid scent is lovely, not too strong. And the lotion itself is very moisturizing without being sticky on my skin. I think I've found the go to lotion from now on.I took a chance on this body lotion without ever having sampled it as I have had good luck with a number of Olay skin products. The lotion itself is light weight and absorbed well. No sensation of it just sitting on the skin as some products do. The scent is light and "almost not there" so it doesn't take center stage or overpower my choice of cologne either (which is also a light scent). Now I am tempted to order the body wash to accompany it. If you prefer a stronger scent that carries through the day, you might be disappointed. But if a light waft is more your style, you'll be pleased.Makes my skin feel amazingly soft and smell good xxxSmells delightful.
