I've been exclusively wearing these bras for several years. I go a size smaller than I normally would (medium rather than large) because though they'll be a little tight at first, they stretch nicely and soon are perfect. And keep in mind, I'm not particularly small chested and these hold everything up fine. These are literally the only bras I'll wear anymore. Anytime I try to get fancy and put on a regular bra I last about 5 minutes before tearing it off and going back to one of my True and COs. Life's too short for uncomfortable bras!! (Also just FYI, once I tried to save money by buying some knock off ones here on Amazon and they'd all fallen apart in a few months so stick with the real thing.) The ONLY thing I might change is the removable pads. They're always coming out in the wash and getting lost. I'd prefer they were just sewn in padding but that's hardly a deal breaker for me.
