I got this oil in a gift basket at my baby shower a few years ago. Didn't use anything in it until one day when I ran out of bubble bath and bath oil. I reached for the bath oil in the set (this one) and put it in my bath along with my usual epsom salts. I noticed after my bath that my muscles felt more relaxed and I slept better. I continued using it nightly and noticed that when I ran out and tried to substitute other products, nothing even compared to the relaxation I felt with this oil. Not sure if it's the lavender, the sunflower oil or what it is, but it gets deep into the muscles. Did a search and ordered the full size. I wasn't disappointed! Haven't ever used it as a massage oil like it's intended but I'm sure it would work as that, too.
