Really warm and still flexible, without being to thick. I use them for kitesurfing and although the palm is not textured I can still get a good grip on the bar. Since the mitts are curved, they feel a little too small when I try to extend my fingers, but when holding on, they're a perfect fit.My only complaint: the outside of the thumbs are made from some soft material. That probably gets eaten by the centerline on the bar within a season.
