I've used this product for a while and absolutely love it. It moisturizes with no greasy feeling and the scent is mild but pleasant. The first jar I ordered arrived with the top somewhat open and the protective liner smashed down into the product. I returned it. The protective liner in the replacement jar had come up a bit on one side (was no longer sealed all around), but the product was intact so I will use this jar. I'm thinking that the heat inside the delivery van may have caused this issue.
