So I've been getting this done professionally and quizzed the person enough to do some research and thought, heck, I can do this at home! I bought the same khz they use in salons. Directions are easy but basic. That suction! I thought it was going to take my arm off! Definitely play with the settings first. It bruised me it sucked so hard. Cavitation is a bit loud, but these others are pretty quiet. And the vibration and ringing you get in your ears whwn you do it is definitely more pronounced with this machine, even at its lowest settings. I've only used the machine a couple times but it seems to definitely do the same job as professionals. Too soon to know if actual results produce. Watch youtube videos on the particular order you should do these, as that is important.One of the prongs on my 3 prong rf handpiece was not attached sounded like screw was loose in handle tried to get screw, noticed none of the wires connected to anything. No one has reached out to follow up. Gave 3 stars because i Like the machine but would also like to have all handpieces working properly.The screws were hard to place . Other than that watch the video to assemble . It’s pretty strong and straightforward. It comes with manual too . It’s exactly like the salons
