This book is refreshing. I’ve read a lot of diet books, cleansing books, one solution will fix it books, that lack balance and a holistic approach. Julie’s advice and understanding of the human body and how it functions is one that everyone can relate to. She addresses the mindeset, and how to adapt your mindset to live a more vibrant and optimal life. She says it with grace, and no judgment. Changing eating habits is not an easy thing to do, but with Julie’s expertise and guidance it makes sense that will produce results. It’s easy to read, and enjoyable to read. I would like to read more books by her on how to improve lifestyle choices.
