I’ve used this for a decade through sensitive pregnancies and after. It has a very standard moisturizing feel- simple, not heavy. You can layer it. It is light but not slippery or shiny. It’s great combined with Vaseline for even more protection in winter. I love that no scent lingers from masking fragrances.Keeps my hands, feet and elbows very moisturized.I bought this because I’m on a diet where I can’t use oils on my skin. And usually that is all I use (on my face at least) because my skin is really dry. But this is a pleasant surprise in terms of moisturizers. It’s pretty thick and moisturizes well. It really is oil free, if you want something that leaves you moisturized and not greasy this is for you. I use it on my face and body. I actually do prefer on my face and arms something more oily although on my feet and legs I don’t like such a greasy product so this is nice.I did knock a star off because it does have a slight scent at first, almost like honey although I don’t see honey in the ingredients, and it is supposed to be fragrance free. Not bad though I just hoped it was a totally fragrance free product. The scent doesn’t linger. All the ingredients are natural.Many years ago and after trying many different lotions, I don't use anything else but Stony Brook unscented. I don't want harsh chemicals or fake chemical scents in any products I use. It is just the best for me and I have quite dry skin. I even will dilute it with water and use it for shaving my legs, they come out so smooth. Best ever in my opinion and for my personal preferences.But love this lotion itself. List part of product in the messing leaky tops/pumps in shipping.Nice texture. Not too heavy or sticky, but still moisturizing. Though it’s unscented, it still has a very mild scent that I think is rather pleasant. And I do not typically like scented products. I will buy this product again and recommend it.I love that this lotion has great, nontoxic ingredients, is Unscented and has a short ingredient list without citric acid and without sunflower oil. It's awesome! It's my favorite lotion. I might try the shampoo and conditioner soon.We have used it for years, and will buy it again until we find a better vegan product.
