Throttle Body Spacer is great. Very easy to install. Took me about five minutes with no power tools needed. Could instantly tell a difference in throttle response. Also helped milage almost 2 mpg. I'm impressed with overall performance. I purchased "like new" used item. (My "like new" one was new, but had been opened and repacked. Worth every penny). Also, some reviews say it whistles, not an issue with mine. I can make it whistle for a split second if I throttle hard in park and listen very closely. Have never heard it in normal driving.
