I gave them awayI love my bands.Product quality is great, but I am 5'10" and the bands are NOT long enough to put them beneath your feet and in your hands and then extend your hands over your head. Disappointing, as that is literally the exercise that I bought them for.Really good resistance bands, very flexible for any work out. I can work out my whole body with these bands! Highly recommend.
