I purchased this for my new gran-baby, not knowing that she was going to come early and be very very small. After many weeks in the hospital we got the new she was coming home so we take the seat to the NIC for them to check it out and she just was too small, so I showed them the body support and we put it and the car seat and them put this small 3.7 lb baby in it and even through the seat swallowed her, it was a live saver to have this very soft support for her. So if your baby need extra support this is a great product.
