Emerita Phytoestrogen Body Cream - 2 oz
So hormonal birth control is great b/c it gives you options and autonomy and also can help alleviate a variety of medical symptoms. But your doctor might not properly inform you that if you take it for a long time that when you stop you may have a variety of not fun symptoms from your body's withdrawal. Post pill syndrome and androgyn rebound. They're awful. This cream makes a HUGE difference and doesn't contribute to blood clot risks. Same brand makes a wonderful progestin cream as well. Highly recommend! This is an effective and easy to use product. it truly helps balance out your body.I'm only 37, but have been experiencing low estrogen due to the stressors of life (running a business, getting married, moving, etc all at the same time). My ND uses muscle testing, and my body tested "yes" for low estrogen due to stress, and then strongly muscle tested for this product.I knew something was "off" when my libido tanked, had vaginal dryness, had strange changes to my mood period week (weepy), breast tissue changed (got much thinner), and I lost about 2 cup sizes going from a 34 DD to barely a 34C. I also had not lost any weight, so I knew the loss of breast tissue was suspect.I will be using 3 bottles to restore the balance to my estrogen, and applied in the evenings to my inner arm, breasts, ovaries, and inner thigh. Dime sized amount. I also am to take Evening Primrose oil caps at the same time. This is about a 30 day program. It works very well. I really feel betterI use 1/4 tsp in the morning and 1/8 tsp in the evening, on my inner arms. It took a long time to figure out this is the best dosage for me; this is subtle, so give it a few weeks and adjust your dosage to reach the right one for you. I've been in menopause just over a year. Hot flashes are way better, energy is better--although I crashed hard last winter, gained weight, had terrible dry skin, and subsequently found out I was hypothyroid, so if that's happening to you, check your thyroid.I also take 1/8 tsp of Emerita's progest 2x/day (a little more in the evening), and have for years. If I take too much Progest, I get horrid sweaty hot flashes and night sweats. I also take phosphatidylserine at night, which is an amino acid; it is great for sleep and for morning anxiety and mental clarity. I feel better than I have in many years, and am glad I'm not using estradiol, which I seem to have a very bad reaction to.I began menopause at 30 thanks to surgery. This product helps manage my hot flashes and mood swings. It’s likely not a replacement for people who feel they need pills, but for those of us who can’t take oral estrogen(or don’t support Premarin, made from pregnant horse urine) it’s pretty effective. The cream has no real smell, absorbs quickly. I would recommend this to anyone going through menopause.I've found that, for me, I tend to typically need more estrogen to control my hot flashes, while friends need Progest. It takes a few days to build up in my system, then it works really well. A little Progest to balance back out around my period time and everything stays more balanced. I think you have to play with the balance between estrogen and progesterone for yourself. Each of us is unique. No one size fits all solutions, and this product (along with Progest) allow each person to find what works for them.Easy to usevraiment efficace contre les bouffées de chaleur nocturnes.
