This machine works very well so far. We’ve only had it a few days and have used it only a few times and already see results! The seller is great about getting back to you with answers to your questions very quickly . It does come with a pamphlet but it doesn’t explain everything so I had several questions . So far the only issue is that our power cord doesn’t click in tight to the back of the machine and falls out sometimes when u move the machine to change the connection for each handle. I do wish it had more jacks in the back so all 5 handles could be attached all at the same time. Because the cavatation, vacuum and one of the RF handles can be all connected at the same time. But if you have the body RF handle connected you have to turn the machine around unhook that one and hook up the face RF and if you want to then use the 3 prong you again have to unhook it and hook the next handle. But it’s a nice machine with a nice holder. It was packaged well and arrived in good condition. It’s a little heavy. I’m impressed and surprised how quickly we’ve see results.Product came before scheduled delivery. Seller reached out during processing and delivery to keep me informed and make sure everything was okay. I have used the machine three times on my stomach and have great resultsworks great!
