My husband loves it. I hate it. The spray pressure is too hard for me. No way to adjust it. Also the shower head is kind of large for a small RV shower.I love this RV shower upgrade, I bought a cheaper brand and tried that, it was 'ok' but my parents have this brand in their RV and when I checked it out the difference was night and day.It might seem pricey, but the water savings in an RV is worth the extra upfront costs: think about how much you save coming out of your freshwater, and how much you then have to store in your gray tank, not to mention the heating of water (if that's a concern) but the end result is that this shower head gives you the ability to take a nice shower, and rinse fully off without draining your fresh and filling your gray tanks, win win. The handle is easy to hold, and the cord is a nice length.Note: The only thing I added to this item was an 1/2" inline Shut-Off Brass Ball Valve (Standard Connections with Polished Chrome Finish) and placed that directly between the hose and the handle, this way you can dial in your temp. with the hot/cold knobs, and then use the 1/2" valve to simply turn on to rinse, off to wash up, on to rinse off, and off again and that way you have full control on water flow (not a trickle setup this way) and also full control on that 'perfect!' temperature setting. Win Win. The valve was all of $9, put some Teflon tape on the threads and be very gentle when screwing it all together - metal threads will eat plastic if you over-tighten, and that's not good, just snug it up by hand (don't use hulk strength) and then your done!We used to own a 5th wheel RV trailer and for 2 years we were full-timers traveling the USA. I installed this shower head in our RV and I loved it.Recently, we sold our RV and moved into our sticks and bricks home and one of the first upgrades I made was to ditch the builders shower head and buy another Qxygenic RV shower head. No regrets whatsoever.Even though we have good water pressure in our home, this RV shower head amplifies the flow of water and makes the flow seem even greater. Now there are comments about this shower head having more than one "setting". When it is on, water is flow out of the head and the pattern of the stream is fixed and not adjustable. You can stop the flow with the included stop valve that installs on the flexible hose so that you can soap-up. When the flow is stopped, the flow really is not fully off. The flow continues to just dribble. There is a safety reason for that. If you use a device to shut the flow completely off on the shower head while the faucet is still on, there is a possibility that when you turn the flow back on using the shower head ON/OFF device, that you could get a blast of hot water when you switch from OFF to ON. With the flow dribbling while you soap up, the water temperature remains "tempered" and when you turn the flow back on, it comes back at the same temperature as it was when you shut it off.I have tried to reach out to the company due to a lack of pressure, I was told the best way to get more pressure would be to remove the water saver which would void the warranty. Wow I am confused and disappointed.I bought one of these about 15 years ago in brushed nickel and loved it. Solid, durable and withstood well water for 10 of those years. Made of METAL then. Bought this new one to match the chrome in new bathroom and not as happy with it. Same price, give or take a couple of $$ and now made of plastic. Biggest downside was the holder for the handheld. The one that was sent had to be drilled into the wall! Don’t think you can drill through tile easily. I had to use the old connection from the old unit to hold up the handheld unit (see picture of brushed nickel part). That was actually the best part due to it screwing right on the pipe coming out of the wall. Not a very good change in my opinion....that the hose is not as flexible as what it looks in the picture. It has plastic on the outside of it so is not that flexible. I was going to return it for that reason but then found a flexible stainless steel hose at a reasonable price so kept the head and used the new hose. So the head is good but I subtracted one star for the hose only because it looks like flexible stainless but isn't. Still, this head with a more flexible hose still a good value in my opinion.Very easy to install. Easy to pause shower. Handle can be slippery, I don’t think I always have enough water pressure for it. I have enough water pressure when using RV water pump.Works great. It syphons air through the front of the head and mixes a small portion of it with the water shooting out. This is the second one that I owned. The first one lasted easily over 13 years. Water started coming through pin holes in the handle were it is welted together. I wrap duct tape around the handle every so often and it works ok. I do not use the push button shut off even though it works and saves water. The shut off should be located before the water enters the hose. When the shut off is used in its present location the water located in the hose is under pressure exactly like your garden hose. I do not believe there is a shower hose in existence that will take that amount of water pressure over an extended amount of time. Especially hot water. I tried placing the shut off on the other side of the hose but then the shower head did not fit in the holder. So if you want to use the shut off on a regular basis it would be a good idea to have a spare hose handy. Also do not forget that you are using the shut off and leave the shower with out turning the water off completely.Firstly, let me say that the shower works great, lots of pressure while saving waterUnfortunately I have to rate it 1 star for the following reasons; As others have noted the hose that comes with the unit is a very stiff plastic piece of junkMore importantly the connection between the shower head and the control valve is very fragile. The shower head fell out of the holder and snapped off at the control valve as shown in the photos.Contacted the Oxygenics company requesting a replacement valve part, and although they tried to be helpful and offered to replace the part at no charge, the cost of shipping to Canada was going to cost more than the original purchase price. So if you’re a Canadian customer you’re on your own.I tried it in our shower at home and was surprised at how well it worked. In a few days we'll be on the road with our 5th wheel, and we'll give a good workout. I'm confident we will be pleased. However, I'm not pleased with the steel looking plastic hose that comes with it. I don't mind plastic per se, but it's packaged with tight bends that don't seem to relax. Maybe some hot water running through the hose may soften and relax it, but my anticipation is I'll be using my existing RV hose, or spending some more on a proper hose.First of all, it is too heavy to leave in the shower cradle. It trickles lots of cold water when the button is not pressed. The hose is so stiff that it is almost impossible to adjust to an ideal position. It’s also too big and cumbersome. I just leave it on the floor when pulling camper, because that’s wear it ends up anyways.I wish the spray was a bit more, dispersed, that's my only complaint, however, water pressure could be part of the issue or lack there of. Better than a lot of show heads I've had in homes. Would recommend to anyone needing a affordable shower head with reduced GPM that can actually rinse conditioner out of your hair.Works great for low pressure showers, it feels like high pressure!I've owned a few of these over the years, it seems that the materials may be a bit cheaper than they used to be, the hose used to be metal, but it's plastic/vinyl now, but it still does a great job of making a low-flow shower feel like it's got good pressure.
