I can’t believe all the goods reviews. This is a terrible yoga dvd. The practice is not bad but the instruction is nonexistent. How can you follow along if you are in a pose and there is no cue of the next move. I am not a beginner yogi and have several dvds this tops my list of BAD. On top of that the audio is terrible. I had a speaker right beside my mat and still could not understand. I wonder if this is an original or a copy.
