This brave award-winning author follows up her first book, a memoir, A Few Minor Adjustments (see reviews) with 100 holistic suggestions for healing that worked for her. Readers will find some familiar tools and learn about some for the first time. For example, "Acupuncture and Acupressure" is here, but also "Allopathic Medicine" and "Bach Flower Essences." These are brief introductions to for instance, "Art Therapy," and the reader might want to find some entire books on a health strategy. Her voice is friendly and encouraging. I was disappointed when I read the last strategy, and I hope she will write another book with a second 100 techniques. This author is definitely on her way, and I'm so glad her health is improved.
