I hurt my back on the lower left side and due to my sleeping habits I could never get back to 100%. I decided to try a body pillow to prevent some of the tossing and turning. I wanted something pretty firm so I knew I wanted memory foam and not poly fill. This did the trick and while it had a decent amount of foam fill, I did add more fill out of another shredded memory foam pillow I had but wasn't using. I bought a cheap satin pillowcase so it stays cool and now I use it every night.Gave me 10 more married years of happiness. No more back pain for my wife.I like medium firm pillows, and I wanted to try a body pillow because I don’t like having too many pillows on my bed. It’s something to get used to as a first timer, but it’s very comfortable.It's heavy, lots of foam and firm but provide enough give. Not hot.The only bad reviews literally have to do with how firm the pillow is. From that only, I knew this pillow was the one for me. It's great! A little bit shorter than I thought it would be but this is a great purchase.The pillow was very comfortable, so I gave 5 stars on those, But I have received a DEFECTIVE, after I had taken off the zippered case to measure to make pillow cases That's when I noticed I have a 3 inch tear in the pillow itself. I do not know how to get ahold of the seller.I bought this for my 6 ft 2 inch 250lb boyfriend. He loves body pillows. It was way to large for him to put his leg over or cuddle on. It is so big! It also doesn’t squish down. Maybe for someone way bigger than him it would be okay. Way to firm and full. Just not usable. Had to return. It is also very heavy. Seemed great quality if it were half the size.Its listed as 20 x 54 inches, which is what I needed for a specific pillow case, when it arrived, I put it in the pillow case and notices a sized portion of the pillow case was not filled, so I took it out and measured it, where in reality, the pillow case is actually 18 x 44 inches. Anyways, time to look for another pillow because stuffing this one back in its bag to return it would be nearly impossible.
