I purchased this tank to compress my D Cup breasts for FTM costuming purposes. I wanted something that was a bit cheaper and would look more like a man's undershirt under a white dress shirt. For this is is marginally successful. It's comfortable and the compression is OK, but the issue is that the stomach compression is SO effective that it pretty much undoes the FTM thing by re-emphasizing the waist and boobs. It might work if I were smaller, but I am not. However, it is also quite comfy and supportive, so I wear it like a sports bra, that also provides back and tummy support and does not over-compress the ladies. I plan to keep it for those purposes and enjoy it for things like wearing button down shirts at work with no straining buttons and working out with ZERO bounce.Overall it's a high quality, supportive product that does what it says it does at a very fair price. It just doesn't actually say anything about FTM. I bet it would rock for a guy who wanted to compress and control the chest and tummy and get a more v-shape. Problem is, if you are female trying to look male, you get a kind of compressed hourglass effect. Ahh well.....
