First off I'd like to say that I first bought the other scale that has the most reviews, and this one had the second best reviews. The first one worked great for about 7 months and all of a sudden the back weight measuring thing detached and consistently weighs about 10 lbs less than my real weight. So, I will contact the seller and let them know their scale broke.Now this scale looks like it doesn't have the flaw in their design to dislocate the weighing mechanism as easily as the first scale I bought. It weighs in .2 pound increments like the fist scale, however this scale also shows you the last weight after weighing you. So, if yesterday I weighed 160 lbs, and today I weighed 158 lbs, then it would show you my weight for today with a blue background for a few seconds then show my weight from yesterday with a green background for a few seconds. This works out great if you are the only one using the scale, which I am. But if you and your girl / boy friend are using it together, then whoever used the scale last is the weight you'll see, even if it wasn't you, lol... Maybe they need to incorporate a 2 person setting on it in the future?Pros: Just about everything from the design (elegant looking, and good stable feet), to the large numbers (easy to read), and a bright back light. I also like seeing what I weighed the day before because I never seem to remember the next day, lol.. I must be getting old?Cons: Can't come up with any at the moment. I'm a guy, about 5'10" and I weighed 199 lbs about 10months ago, and after adjusting my diet to a healthy, less eating out, and more fruits and veggies, I'm down to 155.4 lbs. So, this scale is a good size to step onto and see the numbers, even if you are over weight, like I was.I don't think you can go wrong with this scale and I personally think it's built a lot sturdier than the first (most popular) scale I bought. It also comes with a measuring tape, the same one the other scale came with, lol... I don't use the thing as my clothes are my best guide to telling when I'm shrinking. As a matter of fact, I'm now getting into my skinny clothes from the late 1990's, so that's great!!!I definitely like this scale and would recommend it to anyone, even people I don't like, hahahhaha... I'm very happy with the purchase and you will too!!!
