My daughter had received a sample and she couldn't use it because she doesn't like lavender. I loved it so I had to buy more. The scent of this is beautifully soft and subtle. It is not overwhelming, just perfect. The lotion is wonderfully moisturizing, doesn't feel greasy in any way, and it absorbs into the skin quickly. I will buy this product again! It makes me so happy.I first tried it on Ipsy and now I’m in love with it. It’s a big lotion, so it has to stay home but I love the smell, it’s not greasy and it moisturizes my skin perfectly!The scent is fairly mild, lovely but not too overpowering. It absorbs well and lingers as a nice living fragrance. Haven’t had it long enough to be sure of the long term benefit but I’m pleased with it so far. The only disappointing thing was that the pump seems to be broken and I’ll need to keep twisting the top off and dabbing out the lotion in order to use it, but I’m not too picky so it’s not a very big problem, just a bit more difficult than I would have liked. I’m not sure if I’ll order again given the pump issue but if it wasn’t for that I definitely would - but if that’s not a problem, than I would say it’s going to be worth it.I like the scent and it moisturizes without being greasy.So I just returned from a hiking retreat and I got badly burned from too much sun exposure on my left upper arm and left side of my face. Despite using SPF 30 on my caramel skin, I still can not withstand the sun's rays. I returned with scaly skin that looks like scabs around the ridges of my nose and eye lids. I made a dermatologist appointment because it looks so bad but can't get in to see the doctor until 8/12. Today is my 4th day of using small portions of this shea butter on my bruised skin and amazingly enough my skin feels less like sand paper and more like human flesh. The pus-like bumps that we're red and sore to touch have reduced in swelling and my complexion looks a bit more even. I applied this in small doses twice a day, it's still a bit too oily on my already oily skin but I figured more moisture than less with these scabsDoes it’s job without an overpowering fragrance.Love it.This cream does not live up to the hype of the reviews or product information. The scent is very chemical/processed and even the hint of lavender that is present (not much) last for a about 3min after the application. The chemical scent however does last longer than the actual intended fragrance. I purchased this a few days ago and already tossed it. Don't waste your money on this product.Best Buy ever… My daughter has a very sensitive skin and has to be very careful with any products that she uses. At times the back of her hands will be so bright red it looks like a severe sunburn. We have tried so many topical treatments and lotions. They would all set her skin on fire even those recommended by the pharmacist.We had been using (and still do) the Grace and Stella hydrating rose facial spray and fell in love with it. One day Amazon had a bundle special for the lotion and the spray. So we figured why not.It is an amazing product and such value for the huge 16 ounce tube. A small amount goes a long way, and absorbs nicely so there is no greasy film left behind. The lavender scent is so subtle which is perfect.I highly recommend this product for anyone that needs the hydration without the greasy feeling and especially those with sensitive skin. A little goes along way and trust me we will be ordering it again and again and again even at full price which is a bargain no matter what!this product was not as clean as I thought. it advertises jojoba oil and aloe as key ingredients but these are the last 2 items on the ingredients list which means that it has the smallest amounts in the product. the brand has great marketing, but do your research! as per the packaging, it's also made in china...which is not written anywhere in the product description...How can you say "natural oils" when the top ingredient is Mineral Oil? That's the least natural oil on the market, it is synthetic and it derives from Petroleum! That's right, GASOLINE! That oil was used in cars.That is an awful ingredient that causes acne and facial hair! I'm extremely disappointed as I thought this was an all natural product, I even bought 2!Stop making false claims!This product wasn't so bad but it just wasn't for my sensitive skin. i thought since the face wash was ok on my face why don't i try this...then i tried it and nope ill stick to the face wash.the lavender scent is a lot for me (A big NO), it wasn't as moisturizing as I expected it to be. the size tho was pretty big for the price.
