Body Sculpting Basics (60 M.) is a total-body workout designed by Founder of The FIRM Anna Benson. Susan Harris leads a routine that astonished the exercise community when first introduced. For the first time, weights and aerobics were combined in one program. This is now a proven best method for simultaneous fat loss and muscle toning in the least amount of time.The Warm-Up (4 M.) is followed by a Giant Total-Body Set (23 M.). Maximumpoundage is used for lunges, squats and upper body. Cardio Activities areinserted to keep the heart rate high. A notable Giant Floor Set (22 M.)includes push-ups. This is an older video from the 80's I guess. I remember doing these workouts when I was younger. I no longer can do some things like the jumping and I can't go as long, but I can still do the basic moves with weights. By the way, they suggest using light weights and I am able to keep up. I only go about 15 minutes at a time, but hey, any little bit a movement counts. We must continue to move!
