Exercise classI would have given the full 5 star rating if the FitBALL Therapy Ball had arrived with a needle to inflate it. On this, the potential buyer is mislead; like a large body ball that comes with an inflater and plugs, any ball is therefore, implied that it will also be shipped by its company with an inflator and needle :( Nevertheless, once my physical therapist inflated it, it has been wonderful! Tough material, durable, excellent product! Either provide full information that it comes without a needle OR state that the buyer will need to go somewhere to have it inflated.I dont normally review anything but this Fitball is so amazing I want to make sure that everyone knows that it is worth the money! I use it every night before I go to bed and it deep massages my hips and lower back. I’m not sure how it works I just know that I wake up in little to no pain! I started using it in physical therapy and then bought my own.I use this item for Physical Therapy, it is very strong and works great. Came highly recommended by my Physical Therapist.I got one of these last year and it was 5" in diameter.Now it is a different ball. It looks different.It only measures 4" in diameter now.Pointless for the seller to mislead. They are already making 99% profit here. Why lie?Sucks because this used to convenient. Now it is inaccurate.Dog loved it, till it got lost, have to get him another one.A little more money than most but it works well.My old Yamuna ball quit on me and my chiropractor recommended this one....much harder surface but smaller ball than Yamuna ball I had.
