For the macadamia nut one, theres definitely some vanilla smells in here, some nuttiness, and some slight complimentary floral notes. Nothing about it smells or feels garish or cheap. The texture is nice. If you enjoy the regular white dove bodywash, I think you'll like this smell if you imagine something a little more vanilla/nutty. Left my skin feeling soft, and slightly perfumed if you put your nose up next to your skin. Might not work effectively on some really rough feet, but excellent for an all over medium exfoliation. Product clinged onto my skin in the shower and wasn't just falling off into the shower floor, but washed off easily when I rinsed. Ill be buying the larger packs of this most definitely.I’m a skincare guru- used 1000’s products over the years - but after suffering several medical crisis last couple years,I have been struggling to get my skin back in its glorious state. This product is smoothing, soothing, decadent appeals to my senses kinda like a spa day plus my skin is glowing. Application in the shower - it’s thick creamy- a little abrasive on my sensitive skin- so I won’t use every since day in the shower. I also put a little on hands- for hand washing- it’s putting the moisture back where it belongs!!!Lots of exfoliating creams are just too creamy and don't have enough particles to do the job. This emollient is thick, and the particles are more dense and slightly larger. Works great on my knees and elbows. Don't think I want to use this one on my face but on the body...it's great.Believe me this is the only my skin likes, I have very sensitive skin and let me tell you no matter how much I rub, it doesn’t feel like I’m yanking my skin it leaves an after softness like never. Loved it very pleased!This smells so amazing and makes my skin really soft. I use it right before I shave my legs and it gives me a really close shaveWe got this from a family member and left the cap off for one day and it dried up so rebought and LOVE this product. I'm happy I'm happy I made this purchase!I loved the perfect grit for exfoliation and makes skin baby smooth but yet gentle not to ruff , and it smells amazing and fragrance did not upset my sensitive skin!The scent is relaxing, smells like coconut milk / rice milk. I can feel that the microgranules in it are effective in scrubbing all the dead skin flakes from my super dry skin. However, BEWARE: never use it on face! I absent-mindedly did it once and I ended up in the ER as the microgranules got stuck in my right eye even though I rinsed my face with my eyes completely closed. They had to irrigate my right eye to remove everything and I almost got corneal abrasions.I decided to buy some of this because (a) I love Dove products, and (b) I was hoping it might help my upper arms. I have something called “ Keratosis Pilaris”, which causes rough bumps to appear on the skin, sometimes looking like a rash. In my case it is only noticeable if the skin is touched, but it’s an annoying condition that sometimes has flare ups. So I bought this, along with a loofah, to see if it would help.And it does. While this product will never get rid of the condition, using it with a loofah or other gentle, yet slightly abrasive takes away that rough, bumpy feeling and leaves my skin feeling much softer and smoother. I’m really glad that I bought this.*Also, I agree completely with another reviewer who gave a warning about not using this on your face. I had a similar thing happen many years ago with a similar skin product, and even though I rinsed my face well, a couple of those tiny beads got in my eye. I was lucky enough to flush it out on my own, but it’s a good idea to never use anything like this on your face, and to rinse your hands well after using it.Amazing! I have used it just once but wowie! The packaging, the product, the scent - I like everything. The scent is mild but very pleasing - like a slight mix of vanilla and butter and cacao. Product arrived in good condition. This was imported in Dec 2020 and is good to go till Jun 2023. Go for it. It will give a soothing bath/shower experience.
