Quite amazing! Just received this book after recommended by colleague for support groups. This book begins with a How to...facilitate groups or use the topics with individuals and then a How to use the book. There are 5 topic areas (ice breakers, focus on food & eating issues, focus on body image & movement, focus on attitudes: cultural & personal and group energizers. You can combine focus areas or just use one...wish I knew about this resource years ago!!!!!
