This is a GREAT Upper body workout! I would defn recomend to others.... It really targets all of your upper body muscles!!!The workout starts with an upper body warmup using the Fanny Lifter and the Sculpting Stick - which itself feels like an aerobic workout - but, gets your prepared for the upcoming work....I LOVE the variations on the pushups and the rows - it really works you out....I still can't do the entire workout, but I can see results, esp in my arms.
